We provide DJs, musicians and a photobooth for weddings, parties and corporate events. This page explains what we do with your details when you use this website, enquire, or book us.
Who we are
Club Kudo Ltd is the data controller for your information.
- Business address: The Ruze, 7 Union Road, Chippenham, SN15 1HW
- Company number: 15533948
- Email: info@clubkudo.com
What we collect, and why
Enquiry form. Your name, email, phone number, event type, venue, date and any message. We use it to check our availability, send you a quote and reply to you. This is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and a step towards a contract if you book.
Bookings. Your contact details, the details of your event, what you have booked, and your invoices and payments. We need these to perform our contract with you, and we keep financial records because the law requires it.
Facebook and Instagram ads. If you fill in the form on one of our ads, Meta passes us what you entered (name, email, phone, wedding date and venue). We treat it like any other enquiry. What Meta does with your details is covered by Meta’s own privacy policy.
The Wedding Music Guide. If you sign up at guide.clubkudo.com, we use your email (and anything else you give us) to send the guide and, if you opt in, occasional emails about wedding music. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Photographs. We may take photos and short clips during a performance to show our work. If you would rather we did not, tell us in writing at least 14 days before your event.
We do not sell your details.

Cookies
- Needed to run the site: Cloudflare and WordPress set a small number of cookies to keep the site secure and working. These do not need your consent.

- Advertising: with your consent, the Meta Pixel tells Meta when someone who saw our ads visits the site, so we can measure and improve our ads.
- Enquiry form: our enquiry form is provided by 17hats and also uses the Meta Pixel to count enquiries that come from our ads.
- Embedded videos: our showreels play from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play them.
You can change your cookie choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
- Booking, invoice and payment records: six years after the end of the tax year, as HMRC requires.
- Enquiries that do not become bookings: two years, then deleted.
- Guide signups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Photos and videos: until we stop using them or you ask us to stop.
